I have already humbly accepted the fact I was wrong on the amount of advancement provided by the VTCs - Brett is right on that point. However, the topic is VTC rattle, and I dont believe Brett is right on the cause. Although a lot of social drama has occurred as a result, which a lot of people here do feed upon, well, they have been satisfied.
